Bunny Beach is a small family-run business built on a lifelong love of Seal Bay Resort, formerly known as Bunn Leisure until.

Our story began in 1989 when we first visited the resort as children with our parents. Years later, after starting families of our own, we returned in 2006 and continued making happy memories with our children year after year.

In 2015, we purchased our own caravan and became part of the owner community. What started as a passion for the resort soon grew into helping friends, family and fellow owners. By 2018, we began managing bookings for other caravan owners, combining our knowledge of the park with a personal approach to holiday lettings.

Today, Bunny Beach offers a carefully selected collection of privately owned caravans across Seal Bay, from affordable family accommodation to luxury beachfront and sea-view holiday homes. Unlike many booking platforms, guests can choose their exact caravan and see precisely where it is located before booking.

As caravan owners ourselves, we understand what guests are looking for because we’re guests too. We’re also pet lovers, often enjoying breaks at Seal Bay with our miniature dachshund and ragdoll cats, so we know how important it is to find accommodation that suits every member of the family. That’s why we’re proud to offer a range of pet-friendly options alongside our pet-free caravans.
